Smart Start Fatherhood Group
-
The Fatherhood Support Group is a community initiative set to empower fathers to build strong, healthy relationships with their families, children, and community. The group fosters a positive support system for its members, where we encourage peer-to-peer support for community building and a more nurturing environment. Fathers are encouraged to share their voice, perspectives, knowledge and/or cultural understanding of parenting.
The Fatherhood Support Group helps to boost skill sets by hosting workshops on healthy communication, life skills, relationship building, and responsibility.
These efforts are all focused on building understanding and support that will help fathers in and around the Nashua area become more successful parents.
The Fatherhood Support Group (Nashua) is facilitated by community members, public health professionals and behavioral health professionals.
